Canceling Your Subscription
You can cancel your aiga_ subscription at any time. There are no cancellation fees or penalties.
Steps to Cancel

Go to the Pricing page.
Find your current plan (it will be marked as Current Plan).
Click Cancel Subscription.
A window will appear asking for your reason for canceling. Choose one of the following:
Too expensive
Missing features I need
Not using it enough
Switched to another provider
Other
Optionally, add any additional feedback in the text box.
Click Confirm cancel.
You will see a confirmation that the cancellation has been scheduled.
What Happens After You Cancel?
You keep your subscription until the end of your current billing cycle. Your credits and subscriber benefits remain active until that date. You will not be charged again.
Your plan page will show the cancellation date so you know exactly when access ends.
After the billing period ends, your account reverts to the free tier (2 daily turns, text-only events).
Any unused credits remain on your balance and can still be used after your subscription ends.
Important: Team Members
If your plan includes additional team seats and you have team members in your organisation, canceling will remove all additional team members immediately. Only the organisation owner is retained. Keep this in mind before confirming your cancellation.
Changed Your Mind?
If you cancel but your billing period has not ended yet, you can reverse the cancellation:
Go to the Pricing page.
Your current plan will show Cancellation scheduled along with the effective date.
Click Resume Subscription.
Your subscription will continue as normal and you will be billed on your next renewal date.
Re-subscribing After Cancellation
If your subscription has already ended, you can subscribe again at any time by visiting the Pricing page and selecting a plan.
Refunds
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you believe you are owed a refund, contact the support team at support@aiga.io to discuss your situation.
